Bible Studies

“The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.” - Isaiah 40:8

How truly important God’s Word is for His people. According to 2 Timothy, “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work.” But more than that, God’s Word assures us of the forgiveness and salvation that Christ has won for us on the cross.

In light of this, St. Paul’s wants to encourage its people to be in the Scriptures often. To this end, we offer several Bible studies throughout the week:

Adult Bible Study

This study meets in the school gymnasium on Sunday morning after worship. Led by Pastor Freeman, the current topic is “Upon This Rock”

Adult Sunday School

The Adult Sunday School class meets in the church basement after the Sunday morning worship. The current topic is "Lutheran Doctrine and Practice Today."

Thursday Morning Men’s Bible Class

Pastor Freeman leads this study for men. We start in the church basement at 7:00 for breakfast, and move on to our study. We are currently reading through Exodus.
